At KA Tech Airsoft, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality refurbished airsoft rifles and equipment to our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

3. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at klaus.asay@edu.apex-social.org within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • We will assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
