If your team is over 5 players or has at least 1 minor on the team, STRONGLY consider forming an LLC for the team. It takes 10 minutes and shields you, the team captains / owners, from legal liability in the event (god forbid) one of your members gets hurt and they or their parents, spouse, etc decide to sue for damages. Plus you can also apply for a resale certificate in your state which mean you no longer need to pay sales tax when buying from KA Tech Airsoft
