The KA Tech Warranty
Every KA Tech rifle is backed by two layers of coverage:
- Polarstar Manufacturer Warranty — 1 Year. Covers your Polarstar components — engine, regulator, and related hardware — against manufacturer defects for a full year from your purchase date.
- KA Tech Labor Warranty — 3 Months. If anything on your rifle needs repair or replacement in the first 3 months, we cover 100% of the labor. You only pay for the replacement part.
Think of us as your personal technicians. Any questions, comments, or concerns — bring them to us. We built your rifle, and we want to keep it running right.
Warranty Activation — Required Viewing
Before your warranty is active, you’ll need to watch a quick 2-minute video covering the do’s and don’ts of HPA rifle use. This step is required — warranty coverage does not begin until the video has been watched.

If the video isn’t watched, or if damage occurs from doing something the video specifically tells you not to do, your warranty is void for that damage.
What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. It does not cover damage from unauthorized modifications, normal wear items (O-rings, buckings, batteries), or misuse.
