Refund policy
Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order at any time before it ships. Because we begin sourcing parts and starting work as soon as your order comes in, cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover parts and labor already committed.
Exception: if weβre unable to ship your order within our stated timeframe, you may cancel for a full refund with no restocking fee β see our Shipping Policy.
Returns β General Parts & Accessories
All sales on parts and accessories are final once shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or trade-ins on these items.
This does not affect your rights on defective or damaged items β see below.
Returns & Trade-Ins β HPA Rifles
Rifles are the exception. You may trade in your KA Tech HPA rifle at any time for store credit or a cash refund, depending on condition:

KA Tech reserves the right to decline a trade-in or refund β for example, if a rifle has been unsafely modified, damaged beyond repair, or shows signs of misuse.
Defective or Damaged Items
Regardless of the policies above, if an item arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us right away β weβll make it right under the KA Tech Warranty or applicable manufacturer coverage. Final-sale and restocking-fee terms never apply to genuinely defective merchandise.
